This made me realize how unnaturally strong John Marston and Arthur Morgan really were, this guy is way more jacked than both and yet he can barely carry the Leopard over his shoulder
Meanwhile both characters carry deers, mountain lions and people over one shoulder and they can run with it

I'll give you a tip bud, Josh and many men and women before you started with little to no knowledge or experience about hunting just like you...stay curious, ask questions to elder hunters, revisit a mistake you might make in the woods and try to figure out what went wrong. Keep going, mistakes will be made but they are how you learn. Read hunting books and magazines. Your drive to hunt will determine how good of a hunter you become some day. Good luck and be safe young man, someday someone might ask you for advice.

Perseverance is absolutely critical to be successful. It may take a year or two to get your first bow kill, and it will take even longer to feel like you are truly a successful bowhunter. What you see on Tv and social media is not realistic for most of us, so be realistic with your expectations. You have to be ok with not killing anything and screwing up certain situations, especially as a young bowhunter it is going to happen A LOT but that's just part of the journey. I grew up a rifle hunter but I had to almost completely forget about my rifle to be successful with a bow, its easy and tempting to grab a smoke pole after many failed sits with a bow. Practice with purpose, don't just send arrows down range without a care. Don't be the guy who pulls his bow out a week before season and then wonders why he didn't hit where he was aiming.

As a hunter, educate yourself on true conservation. There is more than hunting for food. Feed, habitat, as stated in this video anti- poaching efforts and predator control. Taking the "old" males, not the breeders. All part of hunting. All so that some can have an animal to eat. All true conservation.
As a hunter let's stick together, we have enough enemies.
