last year was a tough year for me after lossing my fast paced, 'vortex like ' construction job , plus suffering with developing fluid between my toes , causing rubbing of the bones, subsequently making walking, and basic day to day mobility almost impossible .
Watching your life slowly deteriorate definitely has a impact on mental health.
I've now watched all the top notch videos , they have definitely helped my state of mind , I'm transported somewhere comicall, funny, somewhere I wanna be for 20 minutes, bringing much needed valuable joy & humour to my day .
