  • Fixing a zipper on your outdoor gear can be easy, quick and inexpensive.
Everyone has had this happen, a zipper fails and it is a pain in the butt. I have fixed many of the failing zippers on my gear, from tents and jackets to duffel bags and sleeping bags. It is as easy as following the instructions on what ever kit you get and taking a few minutes to do the job.
The Original Zipper Repair Kit : zipperrescue.com/
Check around when picking up one of the kits, prices can range from $8 to $18 but for what I have used my kit for, the Zipper Rescue kit worked great and was one of the most reasonably priced.
As always, I look forward to your comments, good or bad and if you have gotten this far, thanks for taking the time.

Thank you. I appreciate this. My kit came with no instructions and the site only had instructions for the stop that doesn't have an open bottom

Thanks for the question and sorry for the delay. The stop I am talking about is located on the at the top of the zipper with the pull on it. It is a small clip that stops the pull from coming off at the top. Hope this helps.
