SenpaiTM sure, here I made an orange solid, then masked it so I could control the move and part of the screen it could be seen and then put it on mode add, lowered the opacity and used gaussian blur for making the edges softer, hope it helps!
I started watching Slam Dunk but just first episodes, I can't make it if I didn't watch it and also it's a lot of episodes and work to put into it for making it cool, but you alwaysa can try to do it by yourself.
