I think it's because he's not that popular with fans. But then again the only X-Men Marvel pays attention to are Deadpool, Wolverine, The Pheonix, and just for the Deadpool movies: Cable, Colossus, Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and Firefist.
The only Version I liked was the DC Superhero Girls. Who was the Ice Queen to fight against Injustice. I like Villains when they realize “if they can’t beat the Heroes, join them.” I call it the ‘Role Reversal of Rehabilitation’ others like Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, Cheetah, Catwoman, Big Barda & Riddler joined in & not only just them for they were Students. But the Big time Villains like Parasite & Gorilla Grodd who became staff. I find it better for them that they changed who stop becoming those who cause crimes & stop being hated by others.
