@@rahaFdn is your inside knee at hip height? Are you leaning your body away from the pole? in order to feel the tension, you have to push the pole away with your bottom foot and squeeze your heel towards your glute!

@@chloeuchida tnx. I did this move Chloé . 🤩instead of grabbing the pole , I try second variation, It was easier for me to leaning my body away from the pole. still, It's not very nice, but I'm trying to make it better. ☺
Is the position of the inner hand important in the first variation? (Maybe that was my mistake🤔)

@ yesss second one is easier as you’re using your hand to pull! Could it be that you need to strengthen your hamstring a bit more?🤔
Inside hand position for the first one is not the most important, it’s more of 1. Positioning of your inside knee and inside hip, 2. The tension from your bottom foot pressing onto the pole, 3. Hips pushing forward and inside heel kicking to the butt VERY hard, and finally 4. Your torso leaning away from the pole
Let me know how you go xx

@@chloeuchida I get it now. Maybe. I'm working on my hamstrings. I’ll practice as much as it takes to nail this move🙂

@ hamstring & hip strength is a very common weakness when it comes to pole! Make sure you keep working on the conditioning exercise!💕
