    I think any leadership role basically emacipates from the very foundations of the organisation's philosophy. If an organisation basis its principle of leadership on mutual cooperation, support and effective communication with the purpose of creating positive working relationship between management and the employees will nurture. Then educational leadership and/or any leadership role will be more successful in getting desirable goals. On other hand, if organisational leadership philosophy is autocratic and controlling employees will always fail in its objectives. So, educational leadership in particular with regard to its philosophy and management always be based on the mutual cooperation and support with subordinates,instead of traditional approaches of controlling and subjugating.
