One thing that I think is worth saying about the low cost tanks: Israel is fantastic at killing infantry in forests. What they aren't so good at is killing vehicles in forests. A really effective counter-play to Israel dominating with Mervkva IIA's and Zelda in forests is to counter-push with BMPTs and 60pt redfor tanks. The Merkava IIA is great, but at 90 points it's too expensive to be knife-fighting with multiple T-80s. Anything with FAV13-15 won't blink at Rovait 90 and a single card of Tzahanim or Shayatet can easily run out of availability, especially if you've already called some out with your opener. I find that the 45pt Sh'ot Kal Dalet is a really good counter to this. AP13 KE at forest fighting range should 1-shot FAV13, and at 45 points you can spam them so you don't have to rely on shooting first. Their accuracy isn't great, but they are stabilized and with range bonuses they're reliable enough. I flip between the Merkava I and Sh'ot Kal Dalet for this role depending on game size, but I think they fill an important niche beyond *just* cleaning up IFV spam.
I mean Israel has relatively weak AA... if you pair that with the 70pt chaparral and the patriot... Jesus. Also 2/4 cards of supers, Israel covering US’s lack of ATGM infantry, ultra long range ATGM paired with recon Bradley, that 2975m range heli and Magellan paired with longbow... *vomits*
Very informative video. I'm new to wargame and I was wondering if you would agree to check out my deck with Israel and maybe also my deck with ussr, two of the factions I use most
I’ve been maining Israel recently and I think it’s my favorite nation in war game. Maybe not 1v1 but team games I absolutely love playing Israel
Thank you for this beast of a review

How strong do you think it would be if Eugene had made Israel be able to be in a Coalition with the USA?
Broken af.

Anafa is Bell 212, while the Norway version is the bell 412, not sure if it makes any difference though.
Please do not forget to review the USSR as well.
