    Sir,I agreed with ur point but in case of noida expressway & noida extension commercial property builders sell kr rhe hai ground floor pe 35k per sq. Feet + other charges of around 4k per sq. Feet i.e 39k per sq. Feet aur upper se 50% loading hata do to ye ho gya 78k per sq. Feet....aur isko yards me nikale to 7.02lakhs per sq. Yards aur jb koi aur mall aayega usse better to uski value kam ho jaati hai....
    Sbse best hai....lease pe lo & tension free raho....this is the main reason brands never purchase property always prefer to take it on lease

    2-3% sir ye to bhot zyada ho gya .. 1% bhi mile to main flats me invest kr du... Rental income..... Nhi milte sir... Mera flat 0.5% hi deta hai.

    Sir humare ek relative ne 18 lakh Ka shop liya tha Jo aaj sale bhi nahi ho pa rahi h. aur ek ne sec-2 greater noida west me 80lakh plot liya Jo 1.1cr me bech diya. sirf 2 year me

      8 lakh Ka shop loge to yahi hoga, agar aapne builder ki koi bhi cheez bina research ke li to aapko nuksaan hona tay hai.

    Sir 25000 sqft se neeche nahi hai commercial property Noida, Noida extension me kahi bhi ground floor ke to 29000 se neeche bat hi nahi saaf bolte hai lene hi to lo nahi to chalte bano.

    Bhutani infra and its Cyberthum project is fake. Pl don't trap in the fraud. Checked documents and not found genuine. Kripya es property se duri bana ke rakhe nahi to pachhtana padega. Not genuine.
