You can do this with E1 on Robin, I don't think the speed changes anything in this comp (except lower speed requirements on Sparkle a little bit). You don't need Bronya LC on Sparkle either, Past and Future should work. I'll see if slotting E0S0 Dr. Ratio instead of E2S1 here can also clear or not.
E1 Sparkle with robin would be VERY strong, because of the extra 40% atk on Robin, but not needed.
