How to cook coconut pasta

Cook the Pasta:
Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
If using ginger, add it to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
Make the Coconut Sauce:
Pour in the coconut milk and vegetable or chicken broth. Stir well to combine.
Add soy sauce and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Allow the sauce to simmer gently for 5-7 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Add the cooked pasta to the tomato sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
Simmer for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh cilantro or basil if desired, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
