    Prior to seeing the video I had an idea of how the scaling works but thank you for laying it out in the fashion that you have as it came across very clear. Perfect for me because the example you used is my exact setup. Thank you sir!!

    Everything makes perfect sense. You would make a great instructor. I am thinking of maybe looking for a Gen 2 GT. Listening to you on your videos has helped me understand the cars better as far as repairs and how it operates/functions. I would feel more comfortable doing repairs myself being familiar with the car. Thanks for the white board series.

    This is why I would never see more than 15 degrees of timing on 10 psi because my load was 2.0+ and my car thought I was at 20 psi

    When Boost go up timing goes down to compensate for pressure if not its Kaboom time 😮

    • @alvtuning5877
      @alvtuning5877 Год назад

      Id say to compensate for octane most of the time. A good octane booster will reduce kaboom corrections even on e85 cars, especially necessary w PBD 27° boost+ nitrous Hulk GT500 tunes.

    Would you see more than 1.0 air load with a properly tuned NA car if you have a ram air intake? Not that I would have one, I'm just curious.

    Does Lund do SCT tuners?
    Or is HP tuners preferred?
    VMP tuned my car on a Dyno when they installed the Gen3R.
    Is it even worth getting someone else to tune the car?

    Alex i'm curious, at sea level the atmosphere is 14.7psi or one BAR. Is engine load equivalent to BAR? If so, then would boost scaling start at 15psi and up?
