Wow! When you get bags get Mylar bags for the good stuff and make sure the bags are the right size because you could damage it if the bag is too tight. Silver age bags and boards should be good. Keep us posted about what they grade at. 🎯
I would recommend golden age bags and boards to make sure the books with some spine roll won’t be to tight in the bag.
I dont know anything about comics but if i had a feeling they were old, i probably would have picked a bunch of those up at those prices

The amazing adult fantasy 10 is worth a couple thousand!!!
I have that book and in that condition it is only worth around $200
about four thousand dollars worth of comics for sure
That justice league of America 1 is worth about $300 even though it's in bad shape..that spiderman 40 is about $110
About right that and the #3 Justice League sold for $316 on eBay. I put them in a lot.

Sold that #1 and the #3 Justice League sold for $316 on eBay at auction.
For comics a ratty at those, Mylar sleeves are NOT what you want to put them in. Just get nice roomy golden age bags and boards. Mylars will shave off those loose piece$!!!! And store them vertically in a dark place so Uncle Earl doesn't put his sweaty colors light on it!

Tales to astonish 13 is about $900 in that condition and the fantastic four #52 is about $600 in that condition. You're fucking pumped!! Nice score. Out of curiosity which state did you find these in?

What did the grades come back on those top books and did you end up selling them?
I ended up selling them ungraded a while ago. I don't remember the exact selling price but they did bring what ungraded books in similar condition sold for.
