It works :) You have to hit the Trucks gas-tank exactly. If you don't, no fuel will leak out. I had many hits which had not let the tank leak too. But after some trys you get used to know where you have to hit the truck. Just remember the hit-location in relation to the logo on the truck ;)

Because I were carrying a sniper rifle on my back, that made everything I have in my inventory illegal. Beside the whole map was hostile no matter what.
"Illegal" counts to your complete appearance. With a Sniper-Rifle on the back your appearance is illegal, no matter if you have a apricot or a coin or a teddybear in your Hand ;)
Obviously played the level several times in order to know where everything is, probably timed when everything was going to take place the way it did... nice work but play like that the first time you play the level, I would like to see that

The oil leaks, you need to shoot the truck first to leak the oil.
Alternatively shoot the oil tank near the garage to burn Maya.

Colorado is easy, you just need a sniper rifle to set up accident kills. Bangkok is a pain in the ass.
