Yashiro’s tiny light is Hanako since she sees the world with more colour with his presence.
Hanako’s wish is to gift Yashiro with the most colourful and lasting memories as she approach her death.
i feel like it could also be the other way around tho, I always thought tiny light was mostly from hanako's perspective
Hanako sees the world more vibrantly because he met nene, he used to didn't care if anyone lived or died, but once he got closer to nene he became more human
@@stariizodi At a second glance, you might be right. I assumed that it was in Hanako’s perspective as it seemed strange that Yashiro would have known about her death at this point of the story. Not to mention the countless references to stars and the night sky which alludes to Hanako. However, looking back at the lyrics of Tiny Light, phrases like “touched your kindness, the remaining temperature” and “faint voice beyond the closed door” does sound like hanako commenting about yashiro’s lifespan. Yet I’m sure that the “wish” mentioned in this ending is Hanako’s attempts to get Yashiro to enjoy all the days she has left.

Hanako-kun is the best anime I've ever seen. Hanako-kun and Yashiro's romance, their care for each other, Tsukasa's sweet and scary nature, Kou's innocent nature, Teru's mysterious, sneaky personality that looks innocent from the outside, Akane's true personality hiding behind her innocent glasses, Especially the Yugi Twins' pasts are really well-developed topics. ❤
