On top pf that they are used to customers accepting their non chalant behaviour which they repeat with all the customers. Many a times the mechanics themselves dont know the issue with the bike and say that this bike is too complex.
No wonder Hero is launching good speced and beautifully designed products. But there's a catch. What about the customer satisfaction and after sales? I cancelled my Karizma booking as it was over 4 months waiting and Hero has no idea about it's production. How many Karizmas do you see on road? Or even for say the new Xtreme 160 4v or Mavrick? They really need to work on these.

Nahhhhhh you gotta check out the XPulse 410. It almost looks identical to an Africa Twin..... This red and blue colour scheme and the mini side panel also seem to be heavily 'inspired' from the Africa Twin

@PAPASAARmoto Because having twin engine feels more relaxed than single , while cruising. Less vibrations, more durable and have more endurance . It may cost few thousands INR more to buy twin cylinder engine. Also twin cylinders sounds good than single one's.
The Xpulse is projected to be 1.75 ex showroom, so maybe around 2L on road, all ik is, with the current condition of roads in India, I'd rather get the Xpulse 😂
My bike has a lot of problems (1) Water or fog inside the Both back indicators (2) Lots of Vibration. (3) weird engine noise (4) Mirror fitting not properly (5) Battery issue (suddenly drop voltage) (6) clutch wire stuck (7) Right fairing fitting issue. (8) Front visor fitting. (9) USB not working properly. (10) Heating issue. (11) All fairing Not fitting properly. (12) Gare shifter issue. there are lots of problems how to explain.

it doesn't matter how much cc you have, bigger bikes just makes it eaiser for you.. So dont wait for bigger bike if you dont have.. Just go out and ride
It will lead to increase in weight, if they reduce the weight of the engine that means using expensive materials leading to higher price, so whole reason why people get a xpulse wont work out. Thats what i feel.
The only question i had through this whole event, if they developed a nicely working TFT for the Xpulse, why didn't they give a TFT for the Xtreme or the XMR? 😭😂
