The model in the BATMAN costume is Casper Vandemim? The guy from StarshipTroopers! Ever notice how cool the FLASH costume looks in comics,but it never looks quite right in live action. It always looks clunky and sort of ridiculous!
It really is his. Indeed, the Flash's suit is the most complicated to make. In the animations, it's easier because they keep the suit smooth.
