Joburg underground fire: 500m of tunnel affected

Joburg Environmental Infrastructure and Service Delivery MMC Jack Skwaila says an underground fire has spread approximately 500 metres through a tunnel beneath the M1 bridge in the city.

Black goverment doesn't know how the system or a way of running a city like JHB. They have never in their terms have they designed any system , so i don't see them doing well in running JHB.
