Yes, you can technically get all of this without spending gold, but you failed to mention how incredibly time consuming this is to get enough of the materials.
Thank you for your comment! You’re absolutely right that farming these materials can take time, especially depending on your luck and playstyle. Might get the material at first kill, might be 37th kill, might be 100th. My goal with this guide was to provide a method that avoids spending gold and offers a way to make afk gold for others, but I understand the time commitment can be a challenge for some. Mentioned spots have rng protection so you will not endlessly grind and get nothing. Besides you absolutely do not have to do 100 kills in one sitting.
It kinda goes without saying doesn’t it? I mean grind in this game really isn’t much other than the PvP grind. Everything ive camped I’ve gotten within an hour. In a game like RuneScape I could spend my whole new world playtime and maybe not get an item
@@senorsleepy2359 sitting around for 6 minutes for a boss to spawn, just to get one item when you need 100 of them, is pretty time consuming, especially when there are so many other things to do in the game that you need to do, and also considering how short of an attention span most people have nowadays. Also, some people will have far better luck and be able to get some stuff a lot quicker, some of these enemies don't drop the item every time, its only a % chance. Let's not forget that people have lives and can't spend the amount of time on a video game as some of us can, I know people who can maybe only commit 5 - 10 hours a week playing games, some even less, which means trying to farm for something that already takes quite a bit of time can turn into weeks or months for some people, or potentially even longer. PVP is a grind yes, but so is farming for things, whether it be to make a certain item or sell stuff to make gold. To even get some of the items that people farm for, you have to have certain professions leveled up really high which is also very time consuming, yes if you have someone or people who can make the items for you, great, but not everyone does, a lot of people play these games solo or even join companies who don't have people that can make some of the end game stuff for them. Any mmorpg is a grind, that's the nature of that type of game, some worse than others, but in any guide about how to make gold, farming for certain things, etc, it should always be noted how time consuming a lot of that stuff can be.
That is not afk farming as you always need to be there and check for respawn. AFK would be to join a raid group, let your character close by in a safe spot and collect materials once in a while.

It's as AFK as you can be in new world. Doesn't matter if you mine three rocks or spend 30 seconds in combat.
