Abhishek Bacchan is a very nice guy. Well balanced and well mannered.
He needs to give more credit to his wife. She has really tried to adjust to his family in today's day and age.
More than adjustment. According to abhishek aishwarya takes care of packing, travel plans, he's in a hotel and he can't order food so aishwarya has to order. To add to that taking care of aaradhya, I'm assuming aishwarya took on lot of responsibilities that one child is enough.
But why are you feeling insecure about that? I can clearly sense your insecurity from here.
Aishwarya puts in a lot of work to be a good wife and daughter in law that abhi doesn’t realise. The expectation on women is different than men, she even wears those godawful Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla tents just to please her in laws as the designers are their friends. She has dimmed her shine a lot after marriage so as not to overshadow anyone.
I don't know if it's just aishwarya who is brought up like that, then add another family's tradition and values when she marries into the family. Aishwarya rai the actress has become aishwarya rai the guru.

Abhishek is insecure and is trying to sound like he’s always on the go and that aiswharya isn’t driven. This is because he’s insecure of her ambition and drive. He wants her to appear mellow compared to him. We all know who the ambition one in that relationship is and in the family.
Also, aishwarya has more accolades than the whole Bachan family combined. Including Amitabh because he only did movies and a tv show. Aishwarya has worked in Bollywood, Hollywood, some photoshoots, endorsements, Cannes and she done that without any connections. She made connections herself. All her relationships are built by herself. Not anyone else.
Aishawarya has worked more than Abhishek, that too, on tight schedules. There are men who don’t lift a finger for years, have never woken up at dawn or exercised their minds. Ambition is a personality trait and ambitious people can’t be unemployed, woke 3 hours a day or not excel. Part of their drive includes excelling because until they don’t, they don’t move on to the next project.

Women are good in multi-tasking, have to go on to the next thing and on and on. They can't rest, so what is abhishek talking about that men are wired. There's no such thing as goal driven being exclusive for one gender or chatting over a cup of coffee and meditation is not what men do. Abhishek should look at his wife and what her commitments and goals were when they got married. She was in the middle of filming when the wedding happened. When she came back after having a child co-actors would praise her for balancing parenting and working. Come on, aishwarya wasn't sitting and chatting over coffee and meditating if she does the heavy lifting in the relationship. He should be mindful of his choice of words.

I have amazing MALE friends who sit and enjoy the birds chirp. It's not a guy or gal thing, young boys might see this video and feel "wrong" for loving these beautiful birds chirping. I don't want to be like every person on the internet being anal about every farking thing.
