I am a truck driver, I haul milk from the farms. We wouldn't have milk without DIESEL trucks. A truck that weighs more empty is already at a huge disadvantage, it would have to drag all the battery weight up the numerous hills around here. Loaded and powered by diesel a milk tanker truck can weigh over 100k lbs.
We would no longer have milk, butter, cheese or anything else containing dairy product. Dairy is used as a flavoring and cooking ingredient in nearly everything.
