Today's video is driving the D78 service from High Street Kensington to Ealing Broadway with different variety of Stock trains.

There are Closures between Tower Hill and West Ham, meaning all Ealing Broadway services are to terminate at High Street Kensington and Richmond services are to operate to Tower Hill.
There is only 4 trains in total for Ealing broadway. and other traffic.

Speed limit increases on the tube apply from when the front of the train passes the sign not the rear, except for on national rail sections (where the speed limit signs have a red border). Sorry if 1000 people already told you that.

No it's fine, its facts really. It's just how the game goes, not much we can do about it except to adapt. As this problem goes on for so long, I dont expect the issue to be fixed at all or any time sooner in TS 21.
