I wasn't a perfect score, was 5 judges and 1 gave top 1 for Tonio. Think Rafael should have won Tonio have a better back but he's legs from behind don't look as big and Rafael has better proportions. The show was close but I don't think Rafael won cuz he is brazilian, he won cuz he was bigger and more balanced
Thank you for the complete line-up breakdown as always. I think the top 3 had conflicting strengths that allow room for argument for any of them. Vito had top level conditioning, but that lack of any shoulder detail, is that oil? Tonio just has too compact a physique to move up more, you can't grow your skeleton, clavicles are narrow, so the plane of his pec area is small, etc. Brandao has a great shape aside from the twig calves, wasn't as dry as the others.
Excellent commentary, I especially liked the detailed analysis of the comparisons using ticks and crosses. I didn't think that Rafael was the best, but I leave that up to the judges. The overall line up was pretty good in my opinion. I liked no 9, no 7 and number 6 they have great potential.

He's subscribing for what his previous coach, Chad Nicholls and some other industry insiders are telling him, that he needs to have more blocky abs - Imo, maybe he needs that + wear a waist trainer 24/7
To me Rafael wins both, structure, muscle maturity, simetry and overall details are just too overwhelming for vitali's, and goodvitos posed are way better than his pro card win, but nowhere near rafa
William martins was gifted with 4th.. no way he beat Brazilian Nathan with that mid section and high lats, he does have good side shots but overall his physique is really not pleasing to look at.
These contestants train so hard to get in top shape. Then they are exposed to totally incompetent judges/ignorant people! They have no sense to judge fairly!
So Rafael won 6 poses (front and lateral poses) and Tonio won 2 poses (back poses) but it could go either way? I really don't get this logic. We Brazilians are usually considered very "emotional" with our athletes, but it seems that you are imitating us when it comes to Tonio.
Some time maturing will basically make him a 1:1 competitor to Nathan de asha. He grows his legs more and sharpen a bit he can be dangerous, maybe even Olympia level
It was fair imo Tonio looked amazing and was better conditioned but Brandão was bigger all around (excluding back and abductors) and the structure just made the difference on poses like the front latspread and double biceps.

In no other BBing contest would Martins 4th beat Carlos in 5th. Carlos has tons of potential with the main flaw being his posing (not his physique.

I briefly explained Tonio & Rafael after Vito, though Tonio got Front lat & abs and thigh as well IMO + plus his condition was significantly better
