Taking more territory! | Sins 2 | Episode 3

As we continue to take more territory, its time to divise a plan against the fleet thats guarding Kharak! Lets see how well this works.

Upgrade all resources(credits, meltal, crystal) first even on the controlled planet(AI), even if you are "ok" at that moment, as you noticed you were ok with credits then got behind, always update resources and economy first, makes each second of the game more efficient. Good luck captain. PS. Captain, the Lead ship should be able to group together, in sins 1 you could make them warp together, and you could control how far apart they were, I am sure that has been continued. the ship with the "badge" is the lead ship, somewhere there on control panel you should be able to warp together and dictate distance from each other. instead of clicking on multiple ships youshould only have to click the lead ship...also Control 1 to group the Capital ship and his minions....everytime after you hit the 1 key you will get directly to your ship. same with your factory planet...Control 2...then click 2 to make more ships or whatever...also in Sins 1, you could type enter and write a message to all....My suggestion Captain is to every once in a while taunt the AI...hit enter and write something like "Go F yourselfs!"

Bro, you're floating an absolute ton of resources... Get all buildings everywhere and fill that research queue.
You didn't get the Antimatter engine item sadly, it would have allowed your Kol to fire the beam a lot to the point where you would have left it on auto. That beam is good at killing the heavy cruisers. That beam is practically the best ability it gets and you neglected it to get better shields which die out fast anyway and a firerate ability you almost never use...
You didn't get diplomacy for influence, yet you have the best minor faction right there, the Transport Cabal guys. You can put down 3 Phase nodes with their ability. The Phase Space nodes are EXTREMELY good as they allow your ships to jump in between them without needing a hyperspace connection.

There is no point of going all out if there is no threat to challenge you. I could focus a lot more on resources and research and min/maxing my ships, but if what I currently have handles what I need. Then i don’t see the point. That’s how I always approach 4X games. If the threat isn’t great enough, then there is no point to push yourself.

@@Shipprofile08 i mean, you already lost the first 2 fights even before this video - the massive minor faction army, then the aqua colour major faction's system with the weapons platform you even said you had to run from because you didn't have the damage for it. and by the time the threat is great enough, it's already too late. it's like sitting AFK in starcraft with thousands of resources, it's just a waste and a basic fundamental of the game to always be upgrading/progressing :P

did you drop this series just because homeworld came out? was never a big fan of youtubers that randomly drop series especially when things start getting good, hopefully you still continue it alongside homeworld or in general

lol nope didn't drop it! The May version of the game came out and it broke the save! I haven't restarted it sense I'm working on Homeworld 3 and Homeworld Hardcore right now! I will retun to Sins 2 sense I was enjoing the series as well!

@@Shipprofile08 ah fair enough. when dropping a series for whatever reason, its good for the audience if you even add like a quick 30sec explanation on your next vid/series for some closure :P say you died on a hard(er) difficulty, you just don't want to play it anymore or even if saves break from an update. cheers!
