I saw the same thing in bucks county around that time. It was barely moving had the same light patterns and all. We were driving. It was farely low to the ground. We couldn’t see anything in the center and no beam of light came down from it. It had 3 perfectly spaced white lights and on the side that was facing us it had two blinking red lights evenly spaced. Around 7pm at night. There were cars and a tractor trailer that pulled over to the side of the road with people outside watching it. The only thing that I thought besides that it was weird was that it had to be manmade. The red lights looked like airplane landing lights. Again, It was estimated probably 500 feet off the ground, stationary, slowly rotating. I regret not stopping to watch it and had no way to record it at the time. I had multiple people in the car with me that witnessed it. It was also silent. After being thoroughly freaked out and doing some research, the closest thing I could find is the tr-3b. But who knows what it was.
We saw it on the south end of Doylestown,looked like it was sitting over the intersection Edison Furlong rd and Pebble Hill rd. The side facing us had a few smaller lights in a row across it and it moved very slowly towards Jamison.
Around 1998 me and my neighbor were walking our dogs around 9pm in Hatfield, PA (not far from here). We looked up to see 2 large (approx 30-50 ft wide) triangular crafts hovering above us (hard to tell how high, maybe about 200 ft?). They were right next to each other, not far apart at all. They looked very much like this craft, something like the TR3-B, with a white light on each point of the triangle and--perhaps, I don't quite recall--a red light in the center. They made no sound whatsoever. After staring in awe at them for a minute or so, they began to move toward us, lower and closer. At this point, we ran back home in great fear. Whenever I looked back outside (5-10 mins later?) they were gone. This was actually the 2nd UFO sighting I had in Hatfield. The first one was MUCH more intense. In 1996, my mom, sister, and I (along with a few neighbors) witnessed several glowing orbs hovering in the woods behind our house for hours--one was about the size of a car!
