This show meant so much to me as a kid in the 80s! It was quirky weird funny smart that I didn’t find in my daily life. Thanks Paul for bringing us Pee Wee Herman💚🌷💚
During our college years in the late '80s, my sister and I would watch this series on Saturday morning-- what a wacky and weird delight of a show it was. It could be so sweet or at times freaky and odd, or extremely funny. There was humor for little ones and also for grownups too. So nice to remember those times and watch it again here. I love Paul Reubens; he created one of the best characters ever. Thanks! ❤
This show was so ahead of its time and was a huge influence on kids shows. It had tablets, video conferencing, influenced shows like Blues Clues, (in fact, Steve kind of looks like Pee-Wee). Everything you see had a lot of thought put into it (stop motion, animatronics, jokes and puns). I feel like you would have to rewatch an episode to take in the rest of the sights you couldn’t focus on
I loved loved this show! I was 27 when it was on and had to watch every episode! I was even Miss Yvonne one year for Halloween. Thanks PR for giving us such great creative entertainment. I loved all the characters! So glad it won so many awards. They need this on TV now. I loved the refrigerator segments, but there were so many lines that only adults would have gotten, it was perfect for all ages. One of a kind!

Pee-Wee wished for Miss Yvonne’s house to be done getting painted so she could go home, so Jambi helped the painter by magically painting what the painter did not get around to himself. Then suddenly, the Cowntess felt jealous and decided to stay at the playhouse while her house would get painted. (Here we go again!)

It's truly sad what pee wee did and i wish he hadn't but i love this show so much. It's so nastolgic and I wish the best for the rest of the cast and crew today. Also the man who played pee wee has started or is working on a podcast currently (2021) and i think it's called pee wee's podcast
@@robmcintosh3851 I think they were referring to his getting caught pleasuring himself in a Florida pormo theater. He was arressted and it ruined his career for a long time. Sounds like entrapment by police-after all it was in Florida.
But _Pee-Wee_ didn't do anything bad. Actor, producer and writer *Paul Reubens* did something naughty and got caught. Mr. Herman is a character in TV, stage and films.
When I was little and watching this, I distinctly remember thinking Miss Yvonne was chubby. But everyone's gotten so fat, she looks totally normal now.
I don’t like how he says Miss Yvonne‘s name like that. It sounds weird. Every time peewee says Miss Yvonne it sounds kind of weird. It sounds like he’s saying mes a von
The ElOmbre cartoon was sort of interesting in a way, but they needed to have some subtitles for it though. I couldn’t be able to follow what is going on let alone what the characters were saying because it was all in Spanish. Even worse, I couldn’t really follow Spanish that well! Damn it would be longer if he wouldn’t be wanking in the movie theater, to say seeing him on Mister Rogers Neighborhood then a season 6 appears and Will Smith becomes Cowboy Curtis.

I just want to say God bless you Pee-wee Herman I watch all your movies, but my favorite movie is big top peewee 1988 rest in peace, my friend 💚🌹💚
- Pee Wee was a crazed genius. I watched this when I was 40 and loved it.

I have officially found, where I lost my marbles as a kid!!!! This explains sooo much!🤪🤪🤡🤡
Still just amusing as it was on Saturday morning when I watched it as a kid great comedy them were the days..
I admit it I had such a crush on Miss Yvonne back then
Ample breasts. Do you know who’s mom that is?
Ms. Yvonne is Charlie's Mom on 'Always Sunny in Philadelphia'
When I learned that I laughed my butt off. Had no clue when I watched the first few seasons-- but once I found out, I can't not see it.
Charlie's mom!!!
10:24 love the sound of Pee-Wee’s footsteps. That’s what I hear when my mom makes me do something the minute I lay down!

I’ve no idea what little kids watch now , but I’m sure it’s not as much fun as pee wee
I got to be honest this was the only Pee-wee's playhouse episode that I enjoy watching
I love this show so much!!!
I Think that was a Nice Episode of Peewee's Playhouse (Old Fashioned Car Horn goes off following by Clangs, Whoops and Fanfare)

Charlie Kelly's mother! Mind blown.
Pee Wee and the writers were on shrums when they put these shows together.
13:28 They forgot to scream!!!!!
Best comment right here
See back in the 80s and 90s, those were the times where people couldn’t pronounce the name Yvonne right. It was either yuhhvon or ivvvon
0:02 pee wee just motorcycles to his playhouse
Fabulous!

most expensive series in history. each episode was around $300,000 dollars. in todays dollars it would likely be roughly 1 million dollars per episode
Didn't know that. Why was it so pricey? Cast salaries? The show seems kind of low budget.
Yep Yvonne
Should there have been more episodes of Pee Wee’s Playhouse?
I'm sure we fans would have liked there to have been, but Paul said he ended it because he was burnt out. It was a tough show to work on.
Oh, Miss Yvonne, you're seducing me!
"Nice" #30
Is it wrong as a 52 yo watching this REALLY wishing to date Miss Yvonne!!! 😛
R.I.P John Paragon
RIP Paul Reubens
Pee Wee should have said no to The Cowntess at the end of the episode

I bet Globey, Pterri and Randy were cheating while Pee Wee's playing Tic Tac Toe with Magic Screen
This episode really highlighted how much women take men for granted

Looking back at that intro I don't know if it's fitting and suitable and caters to small kids or super high potheads
