Not to get like, way too verbose and emotional in a youtube comment, but Beth, I listened to Marc's WTF episode with you and just... I had therapy after and literally cried talking about what you shared, and not in a weird parasocial relationship way, despite feeling like such a huge fan, but just thinking about how much terrifying shit people can go through and the lasting impacts it can have... and the same goes for Mo and the things you discuss on this podcast that I'm so glad you started and hope you keep going for a while. Both of you are inspirational examples of how you can heal and be conscious of how much more healing is necessary, but also be cool with being works in progress because life doesn't have to and shouldn't be just "work work work, improve improve improve" and now I'm rambling but just wanted to say thank you to both of you for sharing and making people laugh through all kinds of their struggles and your own. ❤

That was so great. So much heartfelt sharing and fantastic appraisal of owning past trauma. But all that said per my reviews of past episodes, no poop/fart content. That s going to be several point deduction...
Love the show keep it up! I think Mo needs a book coach. For every page they don’t read that means you have to reduce your diet by 100 calories. 10 page missed = 1,000 calories 🤣🤣. Waiting for you folks to come to PDX! Coffee, sweets, Sports Bra bar! Ladies soccer (the thorns!)
