@suttasaudio, please upload all them. I thought the original audio had a lot of noise ? Did you clean it up digitally ? If yes, 1000x saddhu to you sir
The large audience on this occasion, headed by Ajahn Nyanadhammo, judging from his voice, would seem to be the monks of Wat Pah Nanachat, the international monastery in Ubon.
@20.00 The danger of realisation of anatta through vipissana as opposed to insight following the bliss or equanimity of Jhanna. I believe that the realisation of anatta will eventually lead to ego-death which is profoundly unsettling…if that occurs when one is no longer meditating at least into deep samadhi the effect can be brutal…
True, this is why the Buddha taught Jhana despite it being a construction. It is a nonsensual dwelling that is meant to be home in between leaving the world (sensual desire and social identity) and realizing Nibbana (the complete extinction of desire and identity)
Note: Ajahn Sumedho is not a speaker in this talk, even though he is shown in the thumbnail. 🙏
Two very good ajahns in the photo. Much appreciation to both .
I feel so blessed to have been given a personal dhamma talk by Ajahn Panna when visiting his temple in Udon Thani 🇹🇭

🙏🏼☸🙏🏼 Ajahn Panna (who has already been released into Nibbana), seeking your forgiveness for every misdeed done in word, thought or deed.
Incredible desana. Much merit to you.
