- My cover of a another Rick Parfitt (Status Quo) classic. One of my all time favourite Quo tracks, "Lonely Man".
"Lonely Man" is a song written by Rick Parfitt and Alan Lancaster of Status Quo and the song was first released on their 1974 album "Quo".

Brilliant! Outstanding!! Hard to believe it is now 7 years since Rick and Yogi's passing 24-Dec-2016 (my beautiful dog died the same day as the Vet just wanted to get home to his kids - to hell with Yogi, might have been too late anyway (paralysis tick) but he didn't seem to care much), a date I will Never Forget! My sister Sal (Rick's shoes under my bed anytime...) was in tears for days. Outstanding cover Ricky, it is a Quo classic from one of their greatest albums!!

Another great performance Bro. You have given it a slight modern variation which really works. Would love to see you do more of the softer side of Quo such as Where I am, Who am I etc and of course Living on an Island. I see on You Tube that Ricks son did a tribute recently and sang lead on that one.
