This brings back fond memories. In 1964 my ship USS Brister DER 327 visited Moen Island on multiple occasions. We were based in Guam and our role was to patrol the Trust Territories of the Pacific which included the Marianas and Caroline Island groups.
WOW!!! i remembered you Gerg...you took our picture in the village of Mwan, Moen. We were the group of 4 guys on the steps of the Chuuk Public Utility Corp. building right at 2:37. This was in the month of July 2006. You mentioned about the pictures being in a calendar...lol... I appreciate you putting up this video, thanks alot for the memories...
I lived there from 81-83. My father Dan Graham was the economic development officer on Ponape and then Truk. Not sure if you knew Greg Cain who later replaced my dad on Truk. He was in the Peace Corps there in the late 70's

The song/choir reminded me of my hometown in North Borneo (now Sabah) back in 90s..
