I've really enjoyed this podcast so far. You guys have done very well in picking up this format and are getting comfortable with it.
You guys are clearly getting more comfortable on camera as the podcast progresses. I actually enjoy the sometimes varied environments, because it gives some variety (take the Randy Morgan episode). The long-form episodes have gotten slightly longer, which I think shows that the level of depth in the conversations is getting better. There is a certain amount of wisdom to be gained from masters.
Critiques:
1. From a speech perspective, I think it would do well for clarity to focus on filler words like 'um'. It might sound like a nitpick, but I think it would be a good change to lower the number (even if its gradual).
2. I think a little testing should be done regarding the introduction of the guests. I cannot give an exact solution, but I feel that it can be cleaned up.
Other than that, everything else looks very good. I'm excited to see who the next round of guests are.
