✨Ingredients for mirchi thecha :
100 gms Green Chillies
½ Grated Dry Coconut
Methi, Sauf, Coriander Seeds, Mustard Seeds and Jaggery according to your taste
8-10 pieces of Garlic
½ Lemon Juice
Salt according to taste
Oil as much needed for frying the chillies
1 Spoon Hing
All the household masalas
½ a glass of water
½ onion and lemon for garnishing

Will definitely try this thecha, we in South Karnataka, mostly people of malenadu side prepare a pickle of chilli with raw tamarind it's my fav combo with Akki rotti (Bhakri). This video reminded me of my Grandma who used to prepare me the pickle i mentioned above everytime whn she came home😭💜
