I have one contact in my existing audience that I want to delete so I can add new audience and then import all of the contacts I've accidentally deleted. Is this possible?
The only way to change the status of a 'cleaned' contact back to 'subscribed' is by resubscribing the cleaned contact through a Mailchimp hosted signup form. Simply importing the contacts again will not change their status from 'cleaned' to 'subscribed'.

Yes, the video should lead you right through it. You want to create a new audience and add all the deleted contacts in there.
If you Import all contacts as Clean by mistake can you change them to subscribe

Hi, a question, does any paid version of mailchip allow you to do this?
Yes, it does. The free version is when you have an issue and can not complete the steps.
