      Thank you Daniel I really appreciate you!
      That’s a tough question, because it really depends on what your thinking about getting! Brand new bikes are pretty expensive, but you can fined bikes that are used to save a lot!
      The best thing to do is to ride a few different dirt bike to really be able to feel what you would want before you buy one. Then when you find what you like, look at local shops, and Facebook is another great place to find used dirt bike for sale as well!
      Make sure the used dirt bikes have been properly maintained, to save you big head aches later!
      Thanks again for watching!

    I think as a novice rider one of the hardest things to learn is navigating Properly Up and down through the gears

      It really is something that new riders struggle with! Also learning how to use the clutch when first learning too!

    Great but I'm still wondering how many gears up and down and how to know what gear your in when shifting coming to stops and when to shut of bike what gear are you in how many gears up and down and how many times you shifting down and up this is the confusing part

      Great question, and I completely understand why it’s confusing. You need to know where the RPM level of the dirt bike is, and how it’s affecting the bike. When we’re going faster we want to be in a higher gears like 3rd and 4th, where we have a long gear range to sustain speed for longer periods of time. Then when we’re coming in the corners or going over slower obstacles that are more technical we will want to be in a lower gear like first or second to give us more torque out of the motor, and allow us to slow down without the dirt bike stalling out. When you stop you do want to put the bike in a lower gear or in neutral.
      Also here is a video covering this in detail! Let me know if this helps you, I am always here to help!

    If your in 4th gear or higher when slowing down or coming to a stop do you have to shift all the way the 1st gear ?

    • @RadAdventureDude
      @RadAdventureDude 2 года назад +1

      You should at least shift down to second gear, that way if you want to start going again it will be easier to get the RPMs where they need to be to get rolling on the bike!
      Are you comfortable with using the clutch when shifting gears?

      Most big bike have like 5 or 6 gears. My race bike only has 4 for some reason, but I have grown to like it!
