I prefer fresh water than sea water so I recommend you the most beautiful fresh water landscape in Thailand which is Khao Sok National Park

I have stopped at Koh Kradan on my way from Koh Lanta to Koh Lipe and it is a beautiful island. My favourite Thai islands are Koh Lipe , Koh Samui and Koh Phi Phi but I loved Koh Tao and Koh Lanta as well. Railey (although a peninsula) is truly amazing but a day trip to Koh Hong is amazing though

Morakot cave on Koh mook. Local guides name is Chest. Chest has some bungalows in the local city on Mook , we took a Canoe together with a french chef in 2015.
Morakot cave is also called Emerald Cave, when you leave the lagoon in afternoon you will understand why, spectacular colors

Whaaaat!!! 3000B a night! I have been to Kradan so many times that I lost count years ago. First time I was there was 31 years ago. about 10 years ago I find it not worth the money to stay in a Bamboo Hut for 1500B a night so I have been camping ever since. Maybe business owners finaly got it on Kradan...That customers not come back if they have to pay thrue their nose for everything. Finaly prices might get to what they really are worth. Still I go for the tent as thousands is not for my budget when I am in Thailand for months.

31 years ago! That must have been one hell of an adventure. We were happy to pay the THB 3,000 as it was a special occasion for us. But camping on the sands sounds amazing too. Thanks for watching!

They still complain that transport for food and bevarage is too expensive due to distance so they can't sell the beer for a reasonable prise? Well....we can buy a Leo in Sweden for half the Koh Kradan price. I think it's kind of "Far away" to Sweden too ;-)
