For those of us who aren’t afraid to take on this type of challenge you should add a few close up shots to at least show what kind of rods you’re using. Why not turn this into a better teaching video since you’ve taken us along for the project anyway right? Nice save, why buy a new axle if you can repair it especially today in this “ throw it away and buy a new one” mindset?! I’m all about doing my own repairs even though a job like this is way over my head due to me not having a slide through lathe that big but… It wouldn’t stop me from trying another way to get around that! Anyway, thanks for taking us along✌🏼😉
