Hello mam.,.i m neel from india London..,. you can suggest alkaline machine to your clients too....for more details do gv me a call or message me
Yeah, it’s called have more sex! Lol
This really works! Been doing these exercises the past 2 weeks every day after finishing my main workout. Not only has my flexibility improved tremendously, but intimacy with my husband is so much more intense. I have a grade 2 prolapse after having 2 babies 12 months apart and the difference I feel is awesome!
Great to hear!
Hi one mom to another what is a grade 2 prolapse ?
@@jf3016 A prolapse is when your pelvic floor muscles become weak and your organs begin to sag down into your vagina. For me, it is my bladder, but could be uterus or rectum as well. Sounds scary, but have been going to physical therapy with a lot of success so far. I believe I had weak muscles before having babies, so giving birth with weak muscles made things worse.
Wanted to comment here again. Surprised by how many likes this has gotten! This is my go-to relaxation video, when I feel a lot of pressure after a workout or after a long day. Thank you so much Dr. Bri for all of your videos. I'm so much stronger now and am able to do a lot of exercises that I couldn't do 6 months ago. But every time I feel that uncomfortable pressure, this works like a charm every time. It's like magic! Thank you so so much. Your resources are invaluable to people like me. It's nice to feel normal, and like this prolapse doesn't have to stop me. ❤
Congratulations! Still going strong?
Will these help if you already have a prolapse? 🥺Maybe u could try kegel🤗
Dr Bri has several prolapse-friendly exercises on her channel. She also has a program called Lift for prolapse relief. Kegels can help but they are not recommended for everyone. ~Vibrant Support
I'm sorry what is prolapse my education on this sucks 😭
Wow!! This is the first pelvic floor exercise that has worked for Me ! That happy baby one released some kind of emotion bc I almost cried 😅 and My teeth were tingling. Will definitely be doing this one everyday!!
I am so glad you felt better after doing these exercises :)
Really our yoga is the most beautiful & powerful workout in the world. I am proud of it because yoga is our Indian culture & yoga is very effective & attractive workout for improvement of body & mind.
Many many thanks mam for this beautiful vdo.... ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏
Hi Dr. Bri. This is awesome. I've been doing this for a little while now, and my back pain is gone. Along with many more muscle pains in my legs and also hips. It also stretches and I feel very much energised and relaxed after this yoga. I always do this as the last in my exercise routine and I love it!! Thank you so much for sharing ❤
Wonderful! I'm so glad it's helping you!!!
This is a really important topic and I appreciate you for making this video. It helps me alot
You're welcome! I'm glad it's helping!
There certainly is intimacy after 60, and your videos have been part of an overall health and wellness routine that has helped with that, Dr Bri.
So glad to hear that !!!!
I will definitely try these exercises!! I'm not sure if they'll work for me, but just the fact that you made a video like this makes me so grateful and appreciative that you did!! ❤ It's truly so difficult going about my day with prolapse and feeling no satisfaction during intimacy with my husband on top of that.
I am so glad that you are trying these! I think you would benefit from my Lift program to help you reverse some prolapse symptoms! You can try it here: bit.ly/liftforfree
They actually work. I've been doing them almost a month. After three big babies, I was prolapsed in many ways. Things are slowly but surely going back into place. Patience is everything. Good luck

Thank you!!
Me and my husband are just starting so it's painful and I can't relax hope this. Helps.
I recommend working one-on-one with a pelvic floor PT. In the meantime, you can check the Overcome program. It has an intimacy guide that can help :)
I would like to book some private lessons.
I learn best thru example.
Thank you. Good movements indeed.
Thank you for a good method to reduce back pain..
Hello!I'm trying to this kegels exercise ev.,thank you for sharing🥰

I would love to be your patient , any information on Prostate Massage ? 🇺🇸🌹
It actually adds length and girth if your a male. These exercises are powerful
Thank you for this! By the way, love your outfit where is it from??
Thank you! It’s from Zyia
Very kind of you. Thanks a lot.
The happy baby pose is hard for me to hold as I feel pretty tight in my legs and groin. I’m a fit person but suspect my pelvic floor is weak or overly tense. Does the tightness mean i have a weak pelvic floor??? I’m looking forward to exploring more pelvic floor exercises, thank you!
Tightness in the legs and groin during happy baby pose can be a sign of pelvic floor tension, but it doesn't necessarily indicate weakness; the best way to assess your pelvic floor function is through a comprehensive evaluation with a pelvic health physical therapist. ~Vibrant Support

I will try,thanks 👍 alot
Does it matter if you do these exercises on a mat/floor vs your bed?
You can do them in bed as long as your mattress is fairly firm! You want a firm (-ish) surface so that your body has good support and can maintain proper alignment. But if you feel supported in bed, then go for it!
That happy baby pose gets me every time 😍❤️😍
It’s very calming !
Thanks we are learning a lot I will do this 🙏

It really depends on your body! The exercises in this video might work well for you, but you'll need to tune in and see for yourself. If they cause you extreme pain, then you'll need to stop and/or modify. Best wishes!

How do I start to be able to lay flat again?
EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Listen to your body and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for your particular core/pelvic floor needs. Talk to your local pelvic floor physical therapist for individualized medical advice! ~ Vibrant Support
