Thanks for the helpful video. One thing to keep in mind though is never to use a torque wrench to loosen fasteners, they are only meant for tightening. They have a direction switch for regular and reverse threads, not for loosening and tightening.
I looked around at the big box stores - Lowes and they do not carry the 38" deck sizes anymore. So, I got mine off amazon and bought the Oregon 198-058 (two of them). They seem very thick and good quality. However, The paint covers the whole blade and the cutting edge seems rather dull. I noticed that you didnt sharpen them a bit before putting them on. How was the cut on the lawn? Just wondering if I should sharpen them before putting them on. The paint is pretty thick.

What make of blades did you buy, I hit a stump hidden in a yard and it bent my blade....we have the same blown riding mower

How did you get the tractor upright like that? I tried to lift it and it's pretty heavy. Would really like to do it this way.
