The court has rejected the bail plea of Manish Sisodia... Sisodia has been in Tihar for almost 14 months in the Delhi liquor scam and money laundering case... and today the Delhi High Court has rejected his bail plea for the second time... Before this, Sisodia's bail plea had been rejected once by the Supreme Court and twice by the trial court.
कोर्ट ने मनीष सिसोदिया की ज़मानत याचिका ख़ारिज कर दी है... दिल्ली शराब घोटाला और मनी लॉन्डरिंग मामले में सिसोदिया कऱीब 14 महीने से तिहाड़ में हैं... और आज दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने दूसरी बार उनकी ज़मानत याचिका ख़ारिज की है... इससे पहले एक बार सुप्रीम कोर्ट और दो बार ट्रायल कोर्ट से भी सिसोदिया की ज़मानत याचिका ख़ारिज कर चुकी है....

@@optimistic6659 its ok, As I understand it was juvenile court and judges bound to laws and might be he wasn't guts to mark a decision at out of the box to set an example but district commissioner assured he will go to session court against his bail.
