4:51, to answer the person's question, Eren did that because she and Levi are the only ones not affected by the power of the founding because of the Ackermans "power", so that's why Eren had to think of another way to push the Ackermans back. And that's why he said he hated Mikasa. He also knew Levi wouldn't be a problem since he knew that Levi will be in charge of something else. He didn't really knew that Levi would be in charge of his brother but he knew that they would give Levi another mission cause he knew the leaders would only trust him for that. After all, he is humanities strongest. Also fun fact about that scene, Eren was actually trying not to cry while saying those words to them because then his own plan would be ruined and they'd try to convince him more if they knew that he's also hurting inside.
