The Amazon viewpoint, shrouded in morning fog, has now become a paradise for tourists. This three-stone mountain is located in East Chathallur, within the Edavanna Gram Panchayat of Malappuram District. Later, as the mountain gained popularity among tourists, the locals themselves began referring to it as the Amazon View Point. As a result, this scenic spot in Edavanna has now become a favorite destination for tourists.
However, climbing the mountain is not as easy as it appears on social media. To achieve that, you need to prepare yourself and start early in the morning to reach here. Afterwards, you will need to walk for two hours through the forest and private fields, following a dirt and stone path, in order to reach the top of the viewpoint. Alternatively, if you have an off-road jeep, there are some shortcuts available to reach the mountain more quickly. All of this can be done in the morning.
