    I grew 3 inches after H.S. when I joined the Army and started getting actual food. I grew up poor and we did not always have the best or a lot of the important foods your body needs. I weighed 128lbs as a Freshman and graduated H.S. at 5'6" 128lbs. When I graduated Jump School (Airborne) I weighed 125lbs at 5'9" (actually just a hair under) I also lost all of the baby fat and had about 5-7% body fat. Now as a Football Coach I have seen several of our guys go from homes where they may not get all the nutrition they need but when they get to college and get on a meal plan they explode most of the time in a good way.

    I’ve heard of growth spurts but 8” after your 18 my god, lol steroids haha making someone taller....yeah right!

    • @oogoozoo
      @oogoozoo 4 года назад

      Steroids actually stunt your growth. HGH can make you grow taller but the amount you need is not affordable or readily available for the average person. Dont throw shade on people especially if you know nothing about the subject.

    • @canton7180

      @@oogoozoo sorry man but if you can't understand I was inferring there is no way in hell steroids are tied to someone growing 8" in height in as little as a year, I thought it was funny his mom somehow thought he was using steroids to make himself taller but evidently that went right over your head, and oh yeah hgh will not make a person grow taller, it will however enlarge their hear heart and joints, that is the most common side effect, people who use hgh are idiots looking to shorten their life span by 10 fold

    As a Ravens fan he is one of my favs and I appreciate him for showing up huge in huge games. He deserved that super bowl MVP but as we saw a couple weeks ago they still just give it to the qb no matter who actually deserves it.

    Thanks for suggesting we look for it. I would’ve missed it.

    What’s good flemlo hope everything is going well in your personal life. These videos are great and they’ve inspired me. I’m going to a D3 school to play college ball and my plan is to ball out for 2 years and then transfer to a smaller D1 and after that hopefully get a shot at the league or the xfl or Canada. Keep doing what you’re doing man, your videos are more than just telling stories. They are proof that even someone like me has a shot to achieve their dreams. Love everything you do keep up the work bro!💯
