Two questions Does the milk smell after cleaning ? Do you feel small/minute particles of biscuit/cornflakes etc in your feet when walking on the place after it's cleaned ?
It vacuumed the biscuits and all that..the milk did not enter the dustbin as it wasn't a really big amount of liquid and the mop went over it.. I always use a bit of cleaning solution which I spill over the mop..so the house will smell good:)

All Viomi robots have their signature style..Y shape mopping, going back and forth.. these with the one you have watched are true hybrids..also the roborock max models can mop good..But in my opinion, if you want a robot that is great at mopping I would go for this or for example the V3 or SE by Viomi.

Nice video but can you help me with my dilemma. I'm looking for some nice high-end robot like this one. Does he bump into furniture? I don't want him to scratch and damage all my furniture around and with all those lasers and sensors he should be fine, but I can't find specific info about it. Some other robots are advertised as COLLISION-FREE SYSTEM. So they won't bump into things.
The V3 is better in my opinion. Newer hardware, stronger suction. But I've heard the European Mijia Mop Pro doesn't have a few features the CN version got. But still, the Mijia mop pro is a great machine, no doubt.
Show demo with white flooring so all the marks and dirt it must be leaving behind will be visible. Due to black flooring no one can makeout that if without sweeping properly if mopping is done how dirty floor becomes

Hello, the restricted area the only option..but it will restrict all kind of cleaning. What you can do is start the robot away from the dock..this will create a new map...Use that map to restrict the areas and in settings select this map when you want to mop.
Hey do you get an error if you try to only mop? I get an error saying I should make sure the tank is installed yet it recognizes that the combo tank is installed. And it works fine while vacuuming and mopping. The only mopping function doesn't work for me for some reason .

That's a good question, I think hardware is the same, I've read in the campaign the software will be created/adjusted. So it could be a different firmware version more based on your Country.
My device cannot return to the dock after cleaning a room We've tried everything, including replacing the fist one we bought after a day. The replacement unit does exactly the same thing.

I have a follow up. Prior to us reinstalling the app we informed the online company that we bought the appliance from about our struggles and they scheduled another replacement. We could not cancel it, so, had to receive our 4th unit. Despite all our efforts that one also cannot find the dock. We decided to take a refund.
I have not big house, but I guess I could clean it up to 5 times easily..if not..even more.. but the robot will go back to dock when it is low on power and continue its course when it got some more juice:)

@@XiaomiGadgetsGuide yeah tried that as well, did a map reset, but it's just acting weird. For example when it's off and you gently push it against charging base it just gets crazy and pushes against the charging base. Would you know the hard reset sequence on this model?

I know the battery is in between the main brush and omnidirectional wheel..you need to unscrew the 4 little screws to open that..but I don't know if it will do a full reset by removing it for a while.. please wait for a day.. I don’t think it’s a good idea to make it mop over spilled liquids. This is not a wet and dry vacuum. It will suck the liquids into the filter and motor. Thanks for the video 👍🏻
the filter does not allow liquid to pass. I have this robot. even at the highest water level I have never found loquid beyond the filter. of course you can't suck ... 1 liter of milk !!

Think about spilling a little bit when walking with a glass of milk from kitchen to the living room My intentions are to show what the vacuum is capable off..Almost crossing its limit. For example..the anise sprinkles.. probably one of the hardest things to suck up since it is 'round and very lightweight'. I can make a video how a normal dirty floor in common households would look like..but where's the fun in that?haha
AA 2018 wow I’m impressed. But I bet your main brush will be all wet and the internal section between the brush and bin will be wet too. If it’s water, it’s not too bad but some sweet sticky liquid then good luck

This apk build removes region restrictions as well, so can select any server besides China Mainland for your devices.
Unfortunately, I can't afford a maid, so I can't compare:) a maid would cost me 1043 Indian Rupees per hour. But so many square feet is maybe too much for one robot. It can do around 150m2 when mopping according to the statistics each run.
Actually, it saves time..Normally I won't go observe the vacuum/mop with a phone recording it.. While I'm taking a shower the robot will clean the surface:)

Hello! :) The one with a separate part is actual a wet n dry mop... The first part gets wet while the second part dries the wet floor..

It bumps lightly against furniture but the section that bumps is spring-loaded, smooth and made of plastic. It cannot damage furniture in my opinion.

Yeah, but if the corner walls not are less than 90° angle it probably can't reach there:)

I keep getting a please load load water tank error, so it does not mop, it only just vacuums and mop, it wont give me the mop only function. very frustrating, and the 2-1 water tank is loaded correctly

An S50 works fine after two years of use.
I've got a problem with mine. Just acts erratic and says error. Also says put robot on flat surface wheel is up. While it's not the case.. Don't know what to do

@@XiaomiGadgetsGuide yeah tried that as well, did a map reset, but it's just acting weird. For example when it's off and you gently push it against charging base it just gets crazy and pushes against the charging base.
Would you know the hard reset sequence on this model?
@@encostablanca If you can wait for a day i will try to get in contact with a representative...and ask what to do..
I know the battery is in between the main brush and omnidirectional wheel..you need to unscrew the 4 little screws to open that..but I don't know if it will do a full reset by removing it for a while..

I don’t think it’s a good idea to make it mop over spilled liquids. This is not a wet and dry vacuum. It will suck the liquids into the filter and motor. Thanks for the video 👍🏻
the filter does not allow liquid to pass. I have this robot. even at the highest water level I have never found loquid beyond the filter. of course you can't suck ... 1 liter of milk !!
Thank you for your reply..You are correct...It is not made for sucking up liquid. Yet the little amount of this milk didn't reached the filter... Think about spilling a little bit when walking with a glass of milk from kitchen to the living room
My intentions are to show what the vacuum is capable off..Almost crossing its limit.
For example..the anise sprinkles.. probably one of the hardest things to suck up since it is 'round and very lightweight'.
I can make a video how a normal dirty floor in common households would look like..but where's the fun in that?haha

@@just4therecord My bad, I had to include footage or pictures of the bin...I emptied the bin and there was nothing wet... really believe the V2 and the Mijia are currently the best vacs that can mop..
But these robovacs just like all others need maintainence and cleaning once in a while.

Really not cool from Xiaomi to only allow the function MOP ONLY, only if you buy an extra water only tank. If I already have 2 in 1 tank (mop + vacuum) why this tank cannot allow mop only function? Makes no sense.
Heey, if you remove the filter it will recognise the bin as watertank...then you can mop only:)

This apk build removes region restrictions as well, so can select any server besides China Mainland for your devices.

Unfortunately, I can't afford a maid, so I can't compare:) a maid would cost me 1043 Indian Rupees per hour.
But so many square feet is maybe too much for one robot. It can do around 150m2 when mopping according to the statistics each run.
