Wow, I loved this story. The actor who played Tan is phenomenol. I could feel all of his emotions and boy did he make me cry. I'm so relieved and glad there was a happy ending. I give this story a big bravo!😍🤗🤧❤

What a genius director, i love this.
The best lesson or reprimand sometimes is silence. Once in a lifetime experiencing this, in real life is one of the loudest narration you could ever heard. Silence that is full of love, uncertainty, understanding and care, the best family relationships ever. This is the best thing for me. I love this.
I’ve traveled extensively in Vietnam, and my ex-partner of 17 years was from Vietnam. I am amazed that this series was able to be made there considering their society is conservative and not totally LGBTQ friendly. Also, having two step brothers fall in love is almost taboo; however, I’m happy to see such a challenging topic being addressed. The plot was well done.

Nice movie... almost similar to My Brother series from Thai. But loved this more because of the happy ending. And that last shot of kissing with sunset between them was simply amazing!!! Thank you for the subtitle.

Why does there seem to be so much hatred towards the stepson from his family? Im a Canadain we tend to be a bit more open, and accepting my son was married to a women who was raising her sisters child and they both adopted him and we told the family that he was now our grandchild, sadley they separated after 11 yrs and now she is trying to keep all 3 children from us. Bless the father for taking and raising the son as his own.

I am a “stepmom”, wait- correction I am the mom of a girl birthed by another woman. I raised this girl as my own blood child, her father has since passed of Covid, and nothing has changed between me, and her. The bond was set, when I took her in as my own. Family can be a chosen one. 😊😊

The best way to just walk away if you think your mind is in trouble understanding a difficult situation, rather than saying words like sword, the best thing ever. I love this series very much, and then Tan is really an amazing actor, the details, the mannerism, the facial gesture magnificent and perfect, he act the story like it his world, he carries his emotion to it deeply, im helpless but to carried away with all the hard scene, everyone did a great job.❤ omyGod. Its sooo amazing.

Simplemente bonito.
I really loved this. When you have a really needy character, it is often really easy to dismiss him or her. I never felt that way about Tan. That said, he is like a woman in that an emotional moment can go from I hate you, you bastard TO Hold me. That is the arc he follows until near the end when he accepts that his brother must go for a short time. The beautiful happy ending is so appropriate for these two who liked each other in spite of how they felt about how the other treated them. I was especially happy in the scenes where Tan's old friend comes for a couple of days, and Tan's emotions run that same course toward defending his brother with whom he had been fighting. These threads all came together mended in the end. Great stuff.
