I Think Italy is the winner for me. Love the artichoke, olives and mozzarella. Followed that salad with the Greek salad. Thank you for the recipes.

I’m on a low salt diet. The salad from Spain looks the best but too much sodium. I’m going to try and recreate it for my needs.

The italian salad is my 1st, Greek 2nd and I haven't had anything like the Spanish style one before so I really want to try it before deciding. I live in Texas and it is going to be 107 degrees tomorrow so Im going to make it tomorrow morning so I won't have to suffer in the afternoon in a hot kitchen to fix dinner.

Nearly impossible to choose; I plan to try all three. But if pressed, I’d probably choose the Greek salad, I already love those. It’s only 9:20 a.m. here and my mouth is watering for all of these. Thanks!

Oh man, I love both the Greek and the Italy. Never tried tuna in a salad like that but it may be a new thing to do this summer. I love these and I am sure it will work.just as well with gluten-free pasta as my husband has Celiac disease.

I love that ‘blender’ you used to make the dressing. Where did you get it?. The dressings make the salads, thank you. The printable link doesn’t work 😕
Hi GreenLady! So sorry to report that I just can’t find a model online that comes close to this one I bought at a Spanish grocery store a few years ago. You might have better luck than I did hunting for a source to recommend. I like it because of its glass bowl, powerful motor and so easy to clean for most evceryday tasks.Many people have asked about it in previous videos…maybe I should stop showing it!!! Cheers, Caroline

HI JoAnne, I better put a disclaimer in videos that show this little blender. I get asked about it all the time and have never found a similar model available in the US. I bought it at a grocery store in Spain after lots of looking myself, having seen one like it in a video from Turkey. Two things I like that you may find similar: the glass bowl and the high power. HI Texas and thanks for joining in the conversation. Great question that I’ve been asked a few times. Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to find a similar machine available in the US and it’s a pity because this little one has just the right amount of power to manage most anything and it cost me less than $20 here in Spain. I wish I had better news but I’ve looked and looked and just can’t come up with anything that is like it. I would suggest you look for something with a lot of wattage so it has enough power to get tougher jobs done too. An immersion blender or nutribullet would also work easily for dressings and sauces. I think I may have found it! It's called the Ninja storm and it looks almost exactly like yours. I'll let you know how well it works.
My vote is yes, have made a Chef John version of the Italian and also I've made Brian Langerstrom's (chef channel) Italian salad. I thought it would be a nice pasta salad though. Both are quite similar, but add salami. I think next time will add some chicken or turkey instead.for more protein. Btw, I would love to find the mild red pepper paste. I have just processed some red pepper and that's not bad. I will try the Spanish one sometime in tomato season. Just think the tomatoes in June aren't so good here.

@@mediterraneanminutes No use making something without the key essential flavors not being there--otoh, might be excellent with (cold) roasted red peppers (from the jar, where the skins are removed). Might try that.

HI Pamela! I bought it years ago from the Spanish brand Zara Home. Don't know if they still carry it online but it's worth looking. I think they have a decent website and make sure you go to Zara Home, not the clothing line website! Cheers, Caroline
