I lost one of my closest friends to suicide a few years ago. I was asked to play an acoustic cover of this for his funeral. I couldn't will myself through it. This cover has me full on ugly crying in my driveway. Thank all of you for such an amazing cover of this. This is the version I wish I could have given to his memory. Miss you, Brandon.
If I may say with a heavy heart that these cover artists (from Halocene, Violet, Lauren, First to Eleven, Cole Rolland, Jonathan Young, Caleb Hyles, Ai Mori and Sershen&Zaritskaya) are the greatest RUclipsrs on RUclips as this very moment. Because they put in so much effort and creativity to make their own versions of already popular songs and I applaud them for that. Keep up the good work you guys.
This is an absolute masterpiece. This has to be the greatest cover of all time. The harmonies were amazing, the drums and guitars were spot on, Lauren's screams were sick and million other things I could literally spend hours talking about.

This was absolutely amazing. I'm "slightly" biased as our community knows, but this is my FAVOURITE COVER EVER, because of what it has to come to represent. This has become my anthem in Twitch chat and the song that embodies my love for this community and vice versa. I'm so happy to finally have a Cene rock version for my playlist.

Possibly the best song you all could colab on. The way the song leans on big obvious drum and guitar bits and varied spoken, sung and scrramed overlapping vocals is just suited so well to all five of your skills. Or maybe you all just make it look that way with the power of your rock!

i really love the harmony that MCR sings in the chorus (the third over the melody note), which Gerard Way normally would do during a live while Ray Toro took over the melody line. I missed that harmony here but then I realized the guitar carries it in this version (it carries on lol)

I was literally listening to this song yesterday morning, screaming my heart out alone in my car. You see, my childhood friend passed away a few years ago and her birthday is today… she’d have been 28. This song makes me feel like she’s still here. Thank you girls (and boys 😋) for this. I was never a My Chemical Romance fan growing up. I was already older than most of their fan base by the time they broke big and honestly my preferred genre was European style symphonic heavy metal. (Nightwish, Epica, Within Temptation, Rhapsody of Fire, Kamelot, Startovarius, etc.) I first heard this song when Johnathan Young covered it several years ago with Caleb Hyles, and was instantly hooked by the melodies, the jams, and the energy. Now, years later, since my own father has recently joined the Black Parade on February 20, 2021, your AMAZING version just hits the heart so much harder. I literally burst into tears listening to it and it was such a beautiful, painful, and HEALING experience that I can barely find the proper words to express the emotions that were released. DON'T EVER STOP MAKING MUSIC!

I got this off iTunes because I have to learn this for a covers band and liked the overall sound; but the bass is underrepresented in the video; that’s for sure. Don’t forget that while I see 3 very pretty faces, and hear 3 very accurately tuned voices; bass is the most beautiful voice of all. Like a fat chick in the corner, not doing much, but then unleashing massive chops that leave everybody in awe; the low note is the fundamental.

Pressed the like button as soon as I heard Lauren's metal raspy breathy scream. I love how different all three girls voices are: Violet's is low but still female, Halocene's is a bit more pop-like but still sounds great and Lauren's is slightly raspy and she's like a female Jonathan Young in a way (cos they complemented each other very well vocally when they collaborated)
That's what I imagine the sirens "enchanting music and singing voices" could have sounded like, and I'd gladly wreck my ship with a content smile after listening.
Always a great day when The Trinity unexpectedly adds a soundtrack to it.
