Agar aapke ghar mein WiFi Router hai aur wo bijli chale jaane pe ya powercut ho jaane pe baar baar band ho jata hai, ya phir popular ROUTER INVERTER/UPS lagaane k baad aapka internet sahi se kaam nahi karta, toh ye video aapke liye hai.

Initially I refused to believe a UPS inverter can cause routers to not function properly. But I researched how a DC to DC conversion is done. Came to realize they use BUCK Conversion to change the battery voltage from A to B. Basically DC is turned on and off rapidly and with the use of solenoid and capacitors, voltage is reduced. So with the aging components, the DC will not be very smooth. Hence this should be the reason.

I bought okter. It keeps the router on when power goes. But when power comes back router restarts ... It doesn't continue with main power ! What to do

Mini ups fail ha is ke ake technical waja ha koye bhe battery ho jub app us say backup lana start karta ho to who kuch dar k bad voltage drop kara start kar daty ha 12.4 say 12 pir 11.5 ten 11 ten 10.5 ab yaha problems ya hota ha k jub power bank kuch dar chalna k bad voltage ko 12 say kam karta ha to router off hojata ha magar app is pir light on karo ga to light 10 v pir bhe on rahe ge magar router to 12 v pora chaheya hoty ha
Is it work for Jio fibre router as Jio router take 5min atleast to start if electricity drop for micro second even?
Yes it works for Jio Router. It doesn't let your router shut down at all.

firstly thanks bro for video.. mere pas bhi yhi same luminous pro 600 hai ..fir bhi mai ek problem hai ki..
after every 5 min ups is getting switched off ..so router is also getting switched off even if it's fully charged..if I again manually click power button of ups then it gets on and wifi rounter is also getting on after 2 min
there could be two reasons
1- first try to add more load to your UPS. Like buy a bulb or lamp or something, and you will have to have it always on. The router is so light UPS thinks nothing is attached and trips. This solution should work 100%
2 - if not, then the problem is your battery, it is possible your battery in UPS is old and not working properly, get it changed. I also got it changed recently, cost me around 1100 ( with home replacement)

How much back up while using Ups for the router which is needed for desktop
The longest backup which my UPS gave me, even after being roughly 3 years old, was 6 hours straight. After that the power was back at my home.

What about the beep sound of ups after light cut off...
This will always be a trouble which you have to live with to get a longer backup to your router.

But there's a catch. Not all UPS has micro load detection which means if the load is leass than 10%(typical) of the max load then the UPS will auto shutdown after 5 minutes. For example if a UPS has 360watt max capacity the minimum load is 36watt, below that the UPS will not be able to register the load to continue providing power. There's aslo some ups which has micro load detection and they work as intended.

For apc ups do we need a stabilizer?
I don't think you need a stabilizer for any UPS. And just to save you some money I would recommend you to buy a cheaper one. I have mentioned the link in a reply to a comment, if you are only looking for WiFI router. I hope this might help.

I am using Oakter never faced this issue, only backup dropped to 20 30 mints in 10 months

Can i buy this only for jio air fibre router....? Not for pc..
Given the nature of the UPS, it just provides battery backup to your device. So I believe, yes you can use it for jio air fibre router. Because ultimately an air fiber router is also powered by an adapter just like a normal jio router.

6-7 hours mere yaha light nahi thi. Tab tak UPS kaam kiya tha. Uske baad light aa gayi thi.

Wifi router ko toh accha khaasa backup milta hai. 6-7 hours mera tested backup hai.

Haal badhiya hai. Backup de raha hai baraabar se. Ab light utti zyada dera jaati nahi. But in my opinion backup time mein utti koi kami nahi aayi hogi.

Mera UPS 7 hours uninterrupted chala tha. Uske baad light aa gayi thi. Toh 7 hours is the minimum time as of now.

I can't say PC connect karne pe kitta backup dega. Mere personal testing mein WIFI router ko 6-7 ghante k backup tha uske baad bhi router band nahi hua tha. Phir toh light hi aa gayi thi.

you are right, nobody is talking about this.
I realized this too this week when my jio router got damaged because of my router ups.
When I plugged in directly, i did notice a performance boost, the connection was much more stable.
and the thing about getting notifications together when switching from wifi to mobile data happened with me too. I used to think that jio router is not upto mark. Never thought it is
now I will never think about going for a router UPS, proper old school UPS are best.

Nahi. Mere hisaab se UPS ka kaam hi hai uninterrupted power supply dena aur uske liye usko chahiye bhi power supply. Toh agar router 24×7 on rakhna hai toh koi problem nahi honi chahiye UPS mein.
ACP का ups नही चलता भाई, मेरा वला तो 4 महिने मे ही खराब हो चुका हे
Maine 2 UPS pe try kiya hai. APC ka aur Microteck ka. Mere ko kisi mein bhi issue nahi aaya.

abe kuch technically sikh le pehle... PC invertor ka voltage 220Volts hai.. modem ka requirement 12Volts hai.. kuch bhi ?
Aap sahi keh rahe ho par UPS mein power adapter toh lagana ho pagea naa, aur main Jio Router wala hi use karta hun. Toh Jio k power adapter se output toh 12V ki hi hogayi wifi router k liye.

Sir, maine video mein jo bhi router UPS dikhaaye hain unka sabse bada advantage yahi tha k unke wajah se mera koi bhi wifi router ek sec k liye bhi band nahi hota tha. Jo chote waale UPS hain wo 4-6 hrs tak battery backup de dete the. The only disadvantage with using the small UPS was the connectivity issues. Aur isiliye I started using proper big UPS jisse poora ek computer ko backup diya jata hai. I guess you can go with the APC wala UPS. It might work just perfectly for you.
