Fantastic footage. I've spent a lot of time in Pacifica walking down that street and fishing on that pier and I've never seen the water that high. I'd love to be on the pier in these conditions, lol. I'm sure the view from the top of the cliff must be spectacular as well.

The term "tidal wave" is often used to refer to tsunamis; however, this reference is incorrect as tsunamis have nothing to do with tides.
