When doing the Cayo Perico heist on your second character, sometimes it will show that the cooldown hasn't finished (even though it has). All you have to do to fix it is load into a public session and then load back into an invite only session. Once you're back, you'll be able to start the heist.

You don’t need to fly back to Los Santos you can just change the lobby and you are back. Yeah for the Kosatka approach I bought the Phantom Wedge is much easier than looking after trucks and if don’t have the Wedge you can steal a truck from the street you don’t need the trucks that Pavel show you. Is much easier to loose the cops stay hide in the casino area and wait till the wanted level go down. you shouldn't be making a cayo perico guide trust me, also the top 3 secondarys are gold, cocaine, then either grass or artwork, but im pretty sure it's artwork. Well good job anyway.

The rage is real.
With the tear gas in the vents, climb up on one, drop it in, then go in first person and ADS and throw it while aiming at the others. It goes right where you're aiming so you don't have to guess what angle to throw it at. It's WAY easier
Getting every exotic export vehicle is a absolute hell.

A quick time saver, on the island after scouting on your phone, you can set your respawn to your kosatka and immediately spawn there saving you the suicide and load screen of the plane back to LSIA. Just wait after you close your phone for the notification in top corner to say you have now completed all necessary scouting but can continue, then find new session and you will be in the sub with the scouting complete.
