I fucking hate Google Plus for making it impossible to reply to comments. Anyway, Wentz is actually saying "Joe Trohman is lame." It's not that hard to reverse audio and there's a lot of other videos confirming it.

@TheSoupManCampbell Well, other than not it being possible to "lower the instruments", this is a diy acapella. Unless you can decrypt difficult audio files, this is best you'll ever get for awhile.

Generally the background sounds are quiet enough that they aren't noticeable in a remix. Fuck around with a spectrum and some EQs and Filters and it might help a tad.

this sounds like all they did was lower the instruments and you can hear the guitar at (0:54) this is no acapella version just someone who knows how to use sound editing equipment
